Tagle.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the researchers, authors, institutions, or universities associated with these frameworks. All references to published research are for informational context and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or academic validation.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form -- we never store plain-text passwords), industry, and professional role.

Assessment Data

When you complete an assessment, we collect your conversation responses with Sage (our AI assessment engine), dimension scores across five psychological frameworks, and your generated Personal Growth Profile.

Action Plan Data

When you use the Learn phase, we collect your reflection responses, resource completion records, and progress notes associated with your personalized action plan.

Evolve Data

When you use the Evolve phase, we collect daily check-in responses, habit streak records, and your Tagle Score history over time.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information including pages visited, features used, and timestamps. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising trackers.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. We retain only your Stripe customer ID for subscription management.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Deliver personalized assessments, action plans, and coaching based on your responses
• Calculate your Tagle Score and track your growth over time
• Generate AI-powered insights via Google Gemini (your assessment responses are sent to Google's API for processing -- see Section 4)
• Provide anonymous peer benchmarks (opt-in only, aggregated, never individually identifiable)
• Send transactional emails such as account verification, password reset, and assessment results
• Improve the platform through anonymized analytics only

4. Third-Party Services

Google Gemini AI

We use Google Gemini to process assessment conversations and generate your Personal Growth Profile and action plans. Your assessment responses are sent to Google's API for processing. We do not send your email address, password, or other account credentials to Google. Google's use of this data is subject to Google's AI terms of service.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments for Evolve subscriptions. We store only your Stripe customer ID on our servers -- not your payment card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

SMTP (IONOS)

We use IONOS SMTP services to send transactional emails. Your email address and the message content are transmitted to IONOS for delivery.

No Advertising Trackers

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or behavioral tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share individually identifiable data with third parties for marketing purposes. Anonymous, aggregated data may be used for opt-in peer benchmarks and published research statistics. No individual user can be identified from aggregated data.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Assessment data: Retained for growth timeline comparison across assessments.
• Account deletion: All personal data is deleted within 30 days of your account deletion request.
• Anonymized aggregate data: Used for benchmarks and retained indefinitely. This data cannot be traced back to any individual.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you by emailing contact@tagle.ai.
• Correction: Update your profile information at any time through your account settings.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.
• Export: Download your assessment results and Personal Growth Profiles.
• Opt-out: Disable peer benchmarks at any time through your account settings.

GDPR (European Union Residents)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right to restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@tagle.ai.

CCPA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal data.

8. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 and are never stored in plain text. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Database access is restricted to authorized services only. No plain-text credentials are stored anywhere in our systems.

9. Cookies

We use essential session cookies only, which are required for authentication and maintaining your logged-in session. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party cookies, or any cookies for advertising purposes. Because we use only essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.

10. Children's Privacy

Tagle.ai is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
