1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tagle.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Tagle.ai.

2. Description of Service

Tagle.ai is an AI-powered personal growth and readiness assessment platform. The platform operates in three phases:

• Tag -- AI-powered conversational assessment that evaluates your readiness across five psychological frameworks, generating a personalized growth profile.
• Learn -- Personalized action plans with curated resources, progress tracking, and AI-guided coaching to help you act on your assessment insights.
• Evolve -- Habit tracking, behavioral integration, and your Tagle Score to measure sustained personal growth over time (paid subscription).

The Service is powered by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and is grounded in established psychological research. Tagle.ai is designed for personal development and self-reflection. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, career, or legal advice.

3. Account Registration

To use Tagle.ai, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• You may not create more than one account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at contact@tagle.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

Tagle.ai offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free: The Tag (assessment) and Learn (action plans) phases are available at no cost.
• Evolve: The Evolve phase is currently available at no cost during our early access period. In the future, Evolve will require a paid subscription starting at $2.99/month. Existing users will be notified in advance before any charges apply.

During the early access period, all features including Evolve are free. When paid subscriptions are introduced, they will be billed through a secure payment processor. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You will be able to cancel at any time through your account settings. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any charges begin.

Refund policy: Once paid subscriptions are active, cancellations within the first 14 days will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on Tagle.ai, including your assessment responses, reflections, notes, and any other personal content you submit.

• We do not sell or share your personal content with third parties.
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for platform improvement and peer benchmark comparisons. Participation in peer benchmarks is opt-in only.
• We grant ourselves a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating your profile and action plan).

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Tagle.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate assessment results, growth profiles, action plans, Sage coach prompts, and Tagle Scores. These outputs are based on established psychological research frameworks, including Growth Mindset (Carol Dweck), Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan), and Design Thinking principles.

Important: AI-generated content is provided for personal development and self-reflection purposes only. It is NOT:

• Professional psychological or psychiatric advice
• Medical diagnosis or treatment guidance
• Career counseling or employment advice
• Legal advice of any kind

If you have specific concerns in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional. AI-generated insights may contain inaccuracies and should be considered as one input among many in your personal development journey.

Research Independence: Tagle.ai references established psychological research frameworks (Growth Mindset, Self-Determination Theory, Design Thinking) for educational and personal development purposes. Tagle.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with the researchers, authors, institutions, or universities associated with these frameworks, including but not limited to Carol Dweck, Edward Deci, Richard Ryan, Stanford University, or the University of Rochester. All references to published research are for informational context only and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or academic validation of Tagle.ai or its outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tagle.ai brand, visual design, platform methodology (TAG. LEARN. EVOLVE.), the Tagle Score algorithm, and the Tagle Engine are the proprietary intellectual property of [Your Company Name]. All rights are reserved.

You may freely share your own scores, profiles, and assessment results publicly (for example, on social media or in professional contexts). However, you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the underlying platform, methodology, or algorithms without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using Tagle.ai, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service or extract data.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content in reflections, notes, or any other user input.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the AI system, algorithms, or underlying technology.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tagle.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@tagle.ai or through your account settings. Upon account deletion or termination:

• Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for account recovery if requested.
• After 30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
• Any active paid subscription will be cancelled, and no further charges will be made.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Tagle.ai after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
